Marchwood Technologies Limited
Marchwood Technologies started in 1990 as a partnership between Jim Mearns and Ray Wales.
The partnership provided Marchwood's customers with electronic design, manufacture and support, primarily aimed at OEMs (bespoke products) and industrial systems (data acquisition, measurement and control).
Ray and Jim worked from their respective homes until 1998 when the business moved into commercial premises in Ringwood, Hampshire.
May 2000 the company formally gained approval ISO9001-1994.
2003 Marchwood Technologies Limited took over the partnership and soon after Ray started planning a move to Australia.
June 2004 Ray left for Adelaide, Australia and the business moved to its present address on the Ashley Heath Industrial Estate.
Ray keeps in touch, enjoys the Australian climate, and still provides support and assistance when required.
August 2006 - Marchwood progressed from ASCB(E) ISO9001:2000 and was assessed and registered to UKAS ISO9001:2000
